Meet our founder - Matt Juels

At the heart of Agave Vacation Rentals is a story of resilience, dedication, and a deep love for Southern California. Matt, a third-generation Orange County native, has always called this community home. His commitment to serving homeowners is fueled by his personal journey — one marked by strength and perseverance. After surviving the tragic Route 91 shooting in Las Vegas, where he was shot in the hip, Matt was determined to turn hardship into purpose. He used funding from that experience to launch Agave Vacation Rentals, building a business dedicated to helping property owners maximize their success.

With deep roots in the local community, Matt understands the unique charm of Southern California’s vacation rental market. He’s passionate about delivering exceptional results, exceeding expectations, and ensuring every property owner feels confident that their home is in good hands. Supported by his wife and three children, Matt’s dedication to both his family and his clients drives his mission to help homeowners thrive.
